The contact form collects your name, email address, a topic, and the message you choose to send. If online giving is enabled, Stripe collects the payment and donor details needed to process a gift. We do not ask a general contact form for medical information, detailed athlete records, or other sensitive personal data.
Messages are used to respond to athletes, mentors, partners, donors, and people sharing memories of Michael. Donation details are used to process the gift, keep Foundation records, and send acknowledgments required for charitable giving.
Contact messages are delivered to the Foundation inbox configured for this site. Card numbers are entered on Stripe Checkout and are not stored on this website. Stripe is a payment processor with its own privacy policy. If an email service is used to send acknowledgments, that provider receives the address and message needed to deliver the note.
Personal stories about Michael are reviewed by the people responsible for the Foundation inbox. They are not published automatically. Athlete stories or testimonials will not be shared publicly without specific consent.
If you want a message or donor record reviewed, use the contact form or write to the Foundation email published on this site once it is confirmed.
